Dubai's Global Village has achieved another world record with a stunning steel falcon sculpture standing at an impressive height of 8 meters.
The famous Guinness World Records has officially acknowledged this artwork as the biggest lit-up steel sculpture of a bird.
Crafted with a wingspan spanning 22 meters and weighing a substantial 8,000 kilograms, the steel falcon is now a radiant spectacle, illuminated by a dazzling array of 50,000 lights.
The sculpture is proudly shown in Global Village's Mini World. It's a special way of honoring the UAE's national bird and showing how it's connected to the country's rich culture and identity.
This impressive addition is part of Mini World, which showcases 25 small replicas of famous landmarks from around the world.
Dubai's Global Village started its 28th season on October 18 and has become a favorite spot for people from different cultures. It's open for visitors until April 28. In 2023, YouGov recognized it as the most visited attraction in the region, with a huge 9 million visitors.
